WSMS uses TeamViewer and Anydesk to provide remote assistance and technical support. Features of this service include:

  • Easy to use, install, and very secure.
  • You are in full control, remote session can be ended anytime.
  • Ability to diagnose problems remotely and resolve problems where possible.

WSMS will be connecting to your pc. In order to employ this connection, a small applet must be downloaded. This will enable me to access your pc through TeamViewer.

You will retain control for the duration of this session and can terminate the session at anytime.

Because the technician will be viewing your desktop, close any personal or confidential information on your screen before connecting with the technician.

The client understands that some problems may not be able to be rectified via a remote link. It is the clients responsibility to backup all applications and data prior to the session.

By requesting assistance, user agrees that actions and solutions described, suggested or implemented by WSMS staff are entirely at the user’s own risk and are provided without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall WSMS or any of its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential or other damages, loss, cost or liability whatsoever that result from or are related to use of technical support provided by WSMS.

TeamViewer Encryption:

TeamViewer includes full encryption, based on RSA private-/public key exchange and AES (256 Bit) session encoding. This technology is based on the same standards as https/SSL and is considered completely safe by today’s standards.
The key exchange also guarantees a full client-to-client data protection. This means that even TeamViewer routing servers will not be able to read the data stream.

Access Protection:

In addition to the Partner ID, TeamViewer generates a session password that changes with every software start. This provides additional security against unauthorized access to a remote system.
Security relevant functions like file transfer require additional, manual confirmation of the remote partner.

Code Signature:

All TeamViewer program files are secured using VeriSign code signing technology. This allows you to verify the origin of the TeamViewer program you install.
